Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues and streamline data workflows.
- Prepare regular reports on billing activity and data quality for management.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and company information.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies during all billing and data entry processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).

Experience
