Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify customer needs and provide information about products, services, and policies.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.

- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
Experience
- Entry-Level: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Mid-Level: 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Experience in the BPO, e-commerce, or hospitality sector is an advantage.
Working Hours
- Full-time position
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per business needs
- 5 or 6 working days per week (depending on company policy)
