Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Passenger Safety: Adhere to all FAA regulations and company safety procedures while assisting passengers in emergency situations.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide a warm, welcoming experience for passengers, catering to their needs with professionalism.
• In-Flight Assistance: Conduct pre-flight safety checks, demonstrate safety procedures, and assist passengers throughout the flight.
• Crisis Management: Stay calm and composed while handling medical emergencies, conflicts, and unexpected situations.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with pilots, fellow cabin crew members, and ground staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Cultural Sensitivity: Engage with passengers from diverse backgrounds and ensure inclusivity in service.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is a plus.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 20 years old.
• Height & Reach: Ability to reach overhead bins and work in confined aircraft spaces.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Valid Passport & Travel Authorization (ability to travel internationally).
• Flexibility: Willingness to work variable schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overnights.
• Professional Appearance: Must adhere to the airline grooming and uniform standards.
• Strong Communication & Problem-Solving Skills.
