Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Office Admin Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about human resources and office administration. You will be responsible for overseeing HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, payroll management, and office administration tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Functions:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
  • Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
  • Support performance management, training, and development programs.
  • Process payroll, leaves, and attendance management.

Office Administration Functions:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency in the workplace.
  • Maintain office supplies, vendor management, and coordinate office logistics.
  • Assist in managing budgets, invoices, and financial documentation.
  • Ensure office compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
  • Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.

Experience

Working Hours
