  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, offering support and guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the non-IT sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in candidate records, job postings, and other documentation.
