Job Summary:

• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Conduct competitor analysis to understand industry trends and find new opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Familiarity with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Ability to create visually appealing content and knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Experience:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Experience working remotely or in a flexible work environment is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing your previous social media campaigns or content is highly desirable.

Working Hours:

• Flexible working hours with the ability to manage your schedule independently.
• This is a full-time remote position, and we expect availability during core working hours (Monday to Friday).
