  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
  • Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and industry-specific websites.
  • Proactively source candidates using different methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate the interview process, manage candidate pipelines, and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders.
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the hiring process, including background checks and contract finalization.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates, ensuring all candidate interactions and progress are logged.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and professional interactions.
  • Stay current with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and the competitive hiring landscape.
  • Partner with HR and department heads to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on finding win-win solutions for candidates and the organization.
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources management.
  • Experience working across different industries or recruiting for various roles is a plus.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-growing company is preferred.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
  • Flexible work arrangements available, with the possibility of remote work.
