United Airlines is seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor of Inflight Reliability and Support to lead and manage the operational reliability and support functions for our world-class inflight service team. Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all FAA regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews of inflight staff, provide constructive feedback, and develop individualized improvement plans.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and lead initiatives to improve reliability, efficiency, and passenger satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Working Hours

  • This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule that may include weekends, holidays, and occasional travel to support operations.
  • Must be available to respond to urgent operational needs outside of regular business hours.
