Job Summary:
Disney is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. This remote role offers the opportunity to work from home while assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring a memorable Disney experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and suggest improvements where applicable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mentality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Basic technical proficiency (email, chat systems, and CRM software).
- Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or call center role preferred.
- Previous experience with Disney products and services is a plus but not required.
- Experience working remotely is desirable.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position with flexible working hours.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the business.
- Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for effective communication.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with customers.

- Highly organized and capable of managing time effectively.

- Ability to quickly learn new software systems and tools.
