Job Summary:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Basic technical proficiency (email, chat systems, and CRM software).
  • Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or call center role preferred.
  • Previous experience with Disney products and services is a plus but not required.
  • Experience working remotely is desirable.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the business.
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for effective communication.
