We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Support Chat Agent to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while providing top-tier support to our customers via live chat. As a Customer Support Chat Agent, you will be the voice of The Elite Job, assisting our customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat.
- Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information, troubleshooting, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic tone, ensuring every interaction is a positive experience.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately within our system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and company updates to provide relevant and timely support.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and stay informed of new tools and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework is a plus).
- Exceptional written communication skills and a professional, friendly tone.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management skills and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role (remote experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with live chat platforms and customer service tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish, French, etc.) are a plus.
