Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you will:

• Accurately input, update, and verify data across multiple systems with high attention to detail.
• Review data for deficiencies or discrepancies and follow up to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA and company data security protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve data inconsistencies or workflow challenges.
• Prioritize and manage assigned tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Provide support for additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proven experience in data entry, administrative roles, or related fields (minimum of 1 year).
• Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in the healthcare or insurance industry.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
• Familiarity with CRM or database management software.

• Location: 100% Remote (Candidates must reside in the United States)
• Schedule: Flexible hours, up to 20 hours per week.
