Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Enrollment Adviser/Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the enrollment process and providing exceptional support to ensure their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
As an Enrollment Adviser/Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:
- Engaging with prospective clients via phone, email, and chat to answer inquiries and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Explaining the company services, pricing, and processes to ensure clarity and transparency.
- Assisting clients with account setup and troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and enrollment conversion rates.
- Collaborating with team members to improve processes and deliver exceptional service.
- Providing feedback to management to help shape client-focused initiatives and enhancements.
Required Qualifications
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor degree preferred).
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of customer service, sales, or enrollment experience, preferably in a remote environment.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and customer support platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Requirements: Reliable internet connection, headset, and a dedicated workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the education, career services, or staffing industries.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
