Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of customer service or retail experience (can be part-time or full-time).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear, professional interactions.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
• Comfortable with technology, including using computers and various software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in remote or work-from-home roles.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish, French, etc.) are a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with Walmart products and services.
