Qualifications:

Required:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous customer service experience (1-2 years preferred).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools.
