Responsibilities:

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of American Airlines products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer concerns and ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Assist with scheduling, travel changes, and cancellations, as needed.
- Stay updated on company procedures and system updates to deliver accurate information.
- Adhere to company standards and protocols, including maintaining a professional demeanor and tone during all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous customer service experience (1-2 years preferred).
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools.
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new software programs.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
Preferred:
- Experience in the airline or travel industry.
- Knowledge of American Airlines products and services.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages) is a plus.
