Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Female Fresher to join our team as an Insurance Policy Renewal Specialist. Key Responsibilities

• Renewing Insurance Policies: Contact existing clients to inform them about their upcoming policy renewals and guide them through the renewal process.
• Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns regarding their policies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, renewals, and follow-ups.
• Sales Support: Assist in upselling or cross-selling additional insurance products based on client needs.
• Timely Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-up with clients to finalize the renewal process before the policy expires.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless policy renewals and customer satisfaction.
• Client Retention: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage policy renewals and minimize cancellations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification of 12th grade or equivalent. A degree in business or a related field is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu) is a plus.
• Phone Etiquette: Comfortable handling customer calls and delivering excellent service.
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and other relevant software.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve customer queries with patience and professionalism.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all documentation, policy renewals, and customer interactions.

Experience

• Freshers Welcome: No prior experience in insurance or customer service is required, but any exposure to the field will be an advantage.
• Training: Comprehensive training will be provided to help you understand the insurance process, tools, and customer service techniques.

Working Hours

• Full-Time Role: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Flexible Work Environment: This role can be performed from the comfort of your home. Occasional office visits may be required.
