Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Recruiter to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a hybrid or remote working environment, offering flexibility while ensuring effective recruitment processes. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting top talent, managing the recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement, and enhancing our team with diverse skill sets to meet business needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs and organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and build lasting relationships with potential hires.
  • Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidates and track the hiring process.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining communication.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend improvements in the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or in a similar role (minimum of 1-2 years preferred).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates technical and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (experience in remote or hybrid work environments is a plus).
  • Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles.
  • Familiarity with using digital tools and platforms for remote recruitment processes.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours, with the option to work from home or in a hybrid setup.
  • Full-time position (40 hours/week).
  • Occasional meetings may require flexibility in working hours, depending on client or team needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of recruiting techniques and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Skilled in conducting virtual interviews and assessments.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges and find effective solutions in the hiring process.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
