Job Summary:

The Elite Job is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Student Recruiter to join our team as a Sales Rockstar! This is a remote, work-from-home (WFH) position, offering the flexibility to manage your own schedule while driving the growth of our student recruitment efforts. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and recruiting top-tier students for various opportunities through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage with prospective students through digital channels, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, guiding them through the recruitment process.
  • Conduct high-level sales conversations with students to understand their needs, explain our services, and close leads.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to attract and recruit students effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, client interactions, and sales progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of recruited students.
  • Meet or exceed monthly recruitment and sales targets.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitive recruitment strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-discipline and focus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, email marketing, and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for student recruitment and sales.
  • Familiarity with remote working tools and platforms.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service, preferably in a student recruitment environment.
  • Prior experience in a remote work setup is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in closing sales and meeting recruitment goals is a significant advantage.

Working Hours:
