Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite IT support for clients by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain client systems, including desktops, laptops, servers, and networking equipment.
  • Assist with the installation of new IT infrastructure and technology upgrades.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, network connectivity, and applications.
  • Monitor and ensure the performance, reliability, and security of IT systems and networks.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Provide end-user support and training to improve the clients use of their IT systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions using the companys tracking system.
  • Document procedures, solutions, and configurations for future reference.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and IT best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist, Technical Support Associate, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and networking protocols.
  • Experience with troubleshooting software applications, network connectivity, and peripheral devices.
  • Familiarity with cloud services, server management, and virtual environments.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in an onsite or client-facing role.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure support and working with enterprise-level clients is a plus.
  • Knowledge of common IT support tools and ticketing systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic cybersecurity principles and IT compliance requirements.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position (Monday to Friday).
  • Onsite work, with occasional travel required to client locations.
  • Some evening or weekend work may be required depending on client needs and project timelines.

  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems, troubleshooting techniques, and network management.
