Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients, providing information on the companys products/services.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to existing leads, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls made and responses received.
  • Update and manage client databases efficiently.
  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer interactions and suggestions for improvement.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments or meetings for senior sales staff, if required.
  • Adhere to scripts and follow guidelines while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Handle customer objections and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (other languages are a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with making a high volume of calls daily.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to remain calm and persuasive under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in telecalling or a customer service role is a plus but not required.

Experience

  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Experience with cold calling or telemarketing will be an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Part-time options: Flexible working hours available.
  • Shift options may be available depending on the role (for evening or night shifts).
