Job Summary:
The Elite Job is seeking an experienced and dedicated Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or related roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing account management or customer success role.
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
- Experience in a remote working environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with service delivery processes and strategies for improving account performance.
Working Hours:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Flexible working hours with core availability during standard business hours (9 AM - 6 PM) to collaborate across time zones.
