Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our remote team at The Elite Job. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that engage customers, build relationships, and drive conversions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaign Strategy: Plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at increasing engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Audience Segmentation: Utilize segmentation strategies to ensure targeted messaging for different customer segments.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor, test, and optimize email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Content Creation: Work closely with the creative team to design visually appealing and persuasive email content, including subject lines, CTAs, and copy.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze email marketing performance metrics and generate reports to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests for email campaigns to improve performance and engagement.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to nurture customer relationships through regular communication, personalized offers, and promotions.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other legal regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Email Marketing Tools: Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze email performance data, conduct A/B tests, and make adjustments to improve results.
  • Creative Writing: Excellent written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to write engaging copy.
  • Marketing Automation: Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • HTML/CSS Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly troubleshoot issues and find solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Experience:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing and executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in improving key email marketing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
