Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated BD Consultant (Intern/Fresher) to join our growing IT recruitment startup at The Elite Job. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers or interns who are passionate about business development, sales, and the recruitment industry. The role will involve supporting the business development team, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of our IT recruitment services. You will be working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, gaining valuable exposure to the recruitment process, client management, and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and prospecting new clients for IT recruitment services.
- Support the preparation of client presentations and proposals.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and opportunities in the IT recruitment space.
- Assist in coordinating recruitment campaigns and onboarding clients.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and sales goals.
- Handle client queries and provide timely solutions as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field (or pursuing).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for sales and client interaction.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience
- No prior professional experience required (internship or fresher candidates are welcome).
- Experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Exposure to business development or client relationship management in any capacity will be advantageous.
Working Hours
- Full-time or part-time flexible hours based on candidate availability.
- Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A good understanding of the IT recruitment industry is desirable, though not required.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a startup environment.
- High level of initiative and a results-driven approach.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
