Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant for a back-office role in Neyyattinkara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring that office functions run smoothly. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic knowledge of office equipment (copiers, fax machines, etc.).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work with minimal supervision.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling data and documentation.

Experience:
- Previous experience in office administration or similar roles is preferred but not required. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position with standard office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Occasional overtime may be required based on workload.
