Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. This is a work-from-home opportunity based in Singapore, offering the flexibility to work remotely while providing exceptional support to our customers. Key Responsibilities

- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on support and problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to empathize with customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- A quiet and dedicated workspace with a stable internet connection for remote work.
Experience
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in a work-from-home environment is a plus, but not required.
- Previous experience handling customer complaints, troubleshooting, and providing solutions is highly desirable.
Working Hours
- This is a full-time work-from-home position.
- Working hours are flexible, but candidates must be available for shifts during standard business hours (Singapore Time, Monday to Friday).
- Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required based on business needs.
