Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager - Human Resources to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support our HR department in various activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Performance Management: Assist in designing and implementing performance management systems to ensure that employee objectives align with business goals.
  • Training & Development: Collaborate with senior management to identify training needs and organize workshops and learning programs to develop employees skills.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Assist in managing payroll, benefits administration, and employee compensation packages.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular HR reports, track key HR metrics, and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
  • General HR Support: Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers on HR-related queries and issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management or HR-related roles (minimum 3-5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • High level of organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training & development is preferred.
  • Previous experience in handling HR compliance, payroll, and benefits administration is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with standard office hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Occasional extended hours or weekend work may be required based on business needs.

  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Abilities: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management.
