Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Back Office Executive to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR operations and supporting back-office functions. This remote position offers flexibility while ensuring a smooth workflow in HR processes, employee support, and administrative tasks. As part of our dynamic team, you will contribute to maintaining a positive work environment while helping streamline operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing employee records, updating databases, and maintaining HR documentation.
  • Handle payroll data entry and assist with processing payroll in a timely manner.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and updated HR data.
  • Provide support to employees with HR-related queries and concerns, escalating when necessary.
  • Assist with performance management, including tracking and evaluating employee performance.
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to HR operations and employee performance.
  • Collaborate with other teams to implement HR initiatives and improvements in company operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of HR software and tools (experience with HRMS, payroll software, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR or back-office administrative role.
  • Previous experience with remote work is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience with recruitment processes, payroll administration, and employee support is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with core business hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT).
  • Occasional meetings or collaborative work may require availability outside of standard working hours.
