Job Summary:
The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and motivated Home-Based HR and Admin Executive to join our remote team. This position involves managing human resources functions, administrative duties, and assisting with employee relations, recruitment, and day-to-day office operations. As a key part of our HR department, you will ensure smooth administrative processes while supporting both internal teams and leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently from a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding.
- Handle employee records and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with employee engagement and wellness programs.
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining databases.
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets and attendance data.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and meetings.
- Provide support for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and organize company files and documentation both digitally and physically.
- Manage office supplies and equipment for remote team needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, ADP).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Experience working remotely and managing virtual teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools for payroll, performance management, and recruitment is preferred.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position with flexible working hours.
- Remote work setup; availability during core business hours (9 AM to 6 PM) required for meetings and collaboration.
