Job Summary:
The Elite Job is offering an exciting opportunity for female candidates to join our team as Tele Callers. This is a work-from-home position where you will be responsible for calling potential customers, promoting services/products, and assisting with customer inquiries. As a Tele Caller, you will play a vital role in generating leads, establishing strong relationships with clients, and helping our company expand its reach. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce the companys products/services.
- Provide information to clients and respond to inquiries regarding services or products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets set by the company.
- Record and update customer information and interaction details in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide accurate feedback and suggestions to management for improving the service.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet navigation).
- Familiarity with CRM systems or ability to learn quickly.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for achieving goals.
- Prior experience in customer service or tele-calling is a plus, though not mandatory.
Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, tele-calling, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply and will be trained for the role.
