Job Summary:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet navigation).
• Familiarity with CRM systems or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Prior experience in customer service or tele-calling is a plus, though not mandatory.

Experience:

• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, tele-calling, or a related field is preferred.
