Job Summary:

The Elite Job is currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Tutors and Online Tutors across Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct both one-on-one and group sessions, either online or at the students location in Bengaluru.
• Develop lesson plans and educational materials tailored to students needs and learning styles.
• Track students progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching methods as necessary to help them achieve their academic goals.
• Maintain an open line of communication with parents or guardians to ensure the students development is on track.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and educational tools to enhance the learning experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant subject (Education, Science, Math, English, etc.).
• Previous tutoring experience is preferred but not mandatory; freshers with a passion for teaching are welcome.
• Strong knowledge in the subject area you wish to tutor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Patience, creativity, and the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Comfortable using online tutoring platforms and tools for virtual sessions.
• Ability to adapt to various student needs, learning styles, and levels.

Experience:

• Prior experience in teaching or tutoring is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with students of various age groups and academic levels is a plus.
• Ability to provide references from previous educational or tutoring roles is an advantage.

Working Hours:

• Flexible working hours depending on the students availability.
• Availability to work weekends or evenings as per the students schedule.
• Minimum of 10-15 hours per week commitment, with opportunities for more based on availability and demand.
