Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to potential clients in the Ed-Tech sector.
  • Identify and generate new leads through research, cold calling, and networking.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a sales role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Basic proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized with good time management skills.
  • Motivated by targets and capable of achieving results under pressure.

Experience

  • No prior professional experience required; this role is open to freshers.
  • Any internship or volunteer work related to sales, customer service, or education technology will be a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.
  • Flexible working hours with a focus on meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Occasional weekend work may be required depending on client time zones.
