Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking an experienced and passionate AWS Trainer for a freelance/part-time role. As an AWS Trainer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality training sessions to individuals and groups on various Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies. You will guide participants through key AWS tools, concepts, and best practices, ensuring they gain practical and theoretical knowledge to advance their careers in cloud computing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging AWS training sessions, covering topics such as cloud computing fundamentals, EC2, S3, Lambda, AWS security, and other AWS services.
• Design training materials and modules, including presentations, exercises, and hands-on labs.
• Customize content to meet the needs of different learner levels, from beginners to advanced AWS users.
• Provide feedback and support to trainees, addressing any challenges and answering questions related to AWS topics.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate participants understanding and progress.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS offerings, features, and best practices, and incorporate these into training sessions.
• Assist in the development of AWS certification prep courses for students seeking AWS certification.
• Provide one-on-one mentorship and coaching to participants as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, RDS, VPC, and other cloud technologies.
• Proven experience in delivering training on AWS or related cloud technologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.
• Hands-on experience with AWS solutions and practical implementation of AWS services.
• Ability to design and develop training materials and resources.
• Proficiency in creating hands-on labs and exercises for interactive learning.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certifications are a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with AWS in a professional or educational capacity.
• Prior experience as an AWS instructor, trainer, or mentor is preferred.
• Experience in delivering remote or online training is an advantage.

Working Hours:

• This is a freelance/part-time position, offering flexible working hours.
• Training sessions may be scheduled during weekdays, weekends, or evenings, depending on client needs and your availability.
• Total weekly commitment will vary but is typically between 10-20 hours.
