Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware troubleshooting, and system configuration.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical issues in simple terms.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are a plus.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple support requests effectively in a remote environment.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours with shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (based on client requirements).
- Occasional on-call support for critical issues outside regular hours.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex IT issues.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
