Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Voice & Non-Voice Call Center Agent to join our team at The Elite Job. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service through both voice and non-voice channels. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner, contributing to the overall customer satisfaction and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and account issues.
- Resolve customer complaints, problems, or concerns by providing accurate information and ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been fully addressed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-call resolution.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and customer service strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further assistance.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience
