  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and deliver high-quality customer service to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Work towards achieving personal and team sales or service goals.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and promotions.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and promotions via phone calls.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in handling customer interactions.
  • Provide suggestions for process improvements based on customer feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional phone demeanor.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using MS Office tools.
  • Comfortable with working in a goal-oriented, performance-based environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
  • Previous telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage, though not required.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language skills being a plus.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles is a plus.
  • Freshers with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of customer interaction are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in working remotely or from home is an advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible working hours, typically between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
  • Some evening or weekend shifts may be required, depending on the workload and customer needs.
