Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic IT Recruiter / HR Recruiter / HR Executive to join our growing team at The Elite Job. This role is ideal for freshers and experienced professionals passionate about talent acquisition and people management. You will play a vital role in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to support the organizations growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Source and recruit candidates using various channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers while maintaining positive communication with candidates.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate successfully into the company.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate details and job status.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department managers to understand recruitment needs and job specifications.
- HR Support: Handle additional HR functions such as employee engagement and retention strategies, if required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, including job boards and ATS (Applicant Tracking System), is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of IT roles and terminology is an advantage for IT Recruiters.
Experience
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
