Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional female candidates to join our team as Domestic Calling Agents specializing in financial products. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for potential and existing customers, providing them with valuable insights and solutions related to our financial services. Key Responsibilities

- Record customer information accurately and update the CRM database regularly.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and regional languages.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with flexible working hours.
- Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (occasional weekend availability may be required).
