- Track and report on social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of customer service efforts.
- Stay updated on Disney products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Work on ad-hoc social media projects as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills with an ability to convey clear, concise, and empathetic responses.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and social media management tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
