Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and measure the effectiveness of process improvements, making adjustments as necessary.
• Prepare and deliver reports to senior management on process performance, highlighting key findings and suggested changes.
• Manage and support change initiatives to ensure smooth transition and integration of new processes.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in IT process management and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT process improvement, process management, or IT consulting.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in remote work environments and managing virtual teams.

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT process improvement or related consulting roles.
• Hands-on experience in optimizing IT processes across various functions such as support, infrastructure, and development.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements that drive measurable results.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or other IT management platforms is a plus.

Working Hours:

• This is a remote, full-time position.
• Flexible working hours, with the expectation of availability during core business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST).
• Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on project deadlines.

• Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ITIL).
