Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.

  • Proficiency with chat and email support tools and CRM systems.

Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field (preferably in chat and email support) is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner is a plus.
  • Experience using customer service tools or CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is an advantage.

Working Hours
