- Ensure prompt response times and resolution of customer queries to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar IT-related field.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and basic networking principles.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles.
- Experience with customer-facing roles, providing support over the phone, email, or chat.
- Familiarity with software and hardware troubleshooting, including network setups and diagnostics.
Working Hours
- This is a full-time, remote position with flexible hours.
- Candidates must be available to work during core business hours (9 AM - 6 PM) in their local time zone, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
