Job Summary:

- Strong listening skills and the ability to provide clear instructions and information.
- Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in a BPO or customer service role is a plus but not required.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, BPO, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply, and comprehensive training will be provided.
- Experience in handling international clients or working in a remote setting is an added advantage.
Working Hours:
- Full-time and part-time positions are available.
- Flexible work hours, including shifts in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays as per the shift requirements.
