Job Summary:We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals for the International Voice Process position, which is available for remote work. As part of our team, you will be responsible for interacting with international customers and providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while adhering to data privacy regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a clear and neutral accent.
- Ability to engage in conversations with customers, showing empathy and professionalism.
- Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and handle multiple tasks.

Experience:
- Prior experience in a voice process or customer service role is preferred, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in handling international customer calls is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Flexible working hours based on the shift schedule.
- Full-time positions available with the possibility of part-time shifts.
- Must be able to work during weekends and public holidays, if required.
