Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HR or related roles, preferably within a large organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office Suite, and related HR software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Experience

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in human resources or a related field, with experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Experience in a remote or hybrid work environment is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with HR software and tools, including HRIS systems and ATS.

Working Hours

  • This is a full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.
  • Candidates should be available to work during standard business hours in the U.S. time zones, with occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
