Job Summary:

  • Stay updated with the latest company policies, travel regulations, and customer service best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including email, chat tools, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Comfortable working with various technology platforms (training provided for specific Delta systems).
  • Positive attitude, team player, and proactive in finding solutions.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or service-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in the travel or airline industry is a plus but not required.
  • Experience working remotely is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time or part-time positions available.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the needs of the business.
