Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing remote team. As a key member of our HR department, you will support the recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes, ensuring that our company maintains a high standard of employee engagement and performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Support new employee onboarding by preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- Help organize and facilitate employee performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to boost morale and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support HR initiatives by conducting research, preparing reports, and assisting with various HR-related projects.
- Stay updated with HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience with recruitment or HR administrative tasks is preferred but not required.
Experience:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources or administrative role is preferred.
- Experience in remote work environments is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools will be an advantage.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position, working remotely.
- Flexible working hours with an expectation to work within standard business hours (9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday).

- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
