  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a voice support environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult conversations professionally.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant software.
  • Multilingual abilities (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

  • Minimum of 1–2 years in a customer service or call center role.
  • Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls in high-volume environments.

Working Hours
