Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Support Representative for Traditional Chinese. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product support to customers in a timely and professional manner. As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while making a meaningful impact on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service via email, chat, and phone, assisting customers in Traditional Chinese with product inquiries, technical support, order management, and issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Record and track customer interactions using the CRM system, ensuring all details are logged and up to date.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Assist in translating materials, FAQs, and knowledge base articles into Traditional Chinese as needed.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous learning opportunities to improve performance and stay updated on product changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Traditional Chinese and English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with CRM systems, chat software, and customer support tools.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a remote work environment.
Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred, though not required.
- Experience in remote work environments is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of customer support processes and best practices is an advantage.
Working Hours:
- This is a full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.
- Must be able to work during core business hours in the time zone designated for this position.
