Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Recruiter to join our team on a remote basis in Malaysia. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting high-quality candidates for a wide range of positions across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies.
- Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to find suitable candidates.
- Review and screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract top talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the recruitment process is efficient and effective.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the recruitment status to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role, preferably with remote work experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including direct sourcing, candidate screening, and interview processes.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines in a remote environment.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles.
- Experience with remote recruitment processes and understanding the challenges of virtual interviews.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is highly preferred.
Working Hours
- Full-time remote position with flexible working hours.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required depending on candidate availability.
