Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for clients, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.

- Conduct system diagnostics and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation on technical processes, procedures, and solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in systems integration, cloud computing, and networking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++) and system design.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, databases, cloud platforms, and networking protocols.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Client-focused mindset with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software issues.
Experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing technical solutions for clients.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and enterprise-level software.
- Experience in providing technical support in a client-facing environment is preferred.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with flexible working hours.
- Standard office hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) with some evening or weekend work required based on client needs or project deadlines.
- Hybrid work arrangement available – in-office presence required a few days per week.
