Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Customer Experience Group. This key role will focus on leading and executing talent acquisition strategies that align with the organizations goals to build a world-class customer service team. The Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership and HR teams to identify hiring needs, design recruitment campaigns, and oversee all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an efficient and effective hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Strategy Development: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for customer service roles, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of recruitment professionals, setting clear objectives and providing coaching and support to drive performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, leadership teams, and department heads to understand staffing needs and forecast future talent requirements.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Oversee the sourcing, screening, and selection processes, including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and assessments.
  • Employer Branding: Promote The Elite Job as an employer of choice by developing and executing employer branding initiatives, showcasing the companys culture and values.
  • Data & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring targets are met.
  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices are in line with company policies, labor laws, and diversity and inclusion goals.
  • Onboarding Support: Work with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, fostering a positive first impression of the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in recruiting for customer experience roles, customer service operations, or similar fields.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Deep understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, interview techniques, and assessment tools.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of recruiters.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with 2+ years in a managerial role overseeing talent acquisition efforts, preferably in a customer service or B2C environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-volume recruitment efforts and developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Experience in managing recruitment for various levels of customer service positions, from entry-level to senior leadership.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week. Flexible hours may be available depending on the needs of the team and business requirements.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet urgent hiring needs or attend recruitment events.

  • Recruitment Process Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and make informed decisions to optimize hiring strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates to drive recruitment success.
  • Multitasking: Skilled in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust strategies and approaches to meet evolving business needs and changing market conditions.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome challenges and find solutions that benefit both candidates and the organization.
